This Shipping policy applies to orders placed on the Lengero store at https://lengero.com.

Order delivery includes the order processing time and the estimated delivery time

Order processing time: 1-4 working days

Estimated delivery time: 10 to 14 working days

Postage

Shipping fees are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Postage depends on the destination. There is no extra handling fee beyond the amount shown at checkout. We ship to countries and regions that checkout can complete; if a destination cannot be selected or paid for, we do not ship there.

Tracking

Tracking details are emailed once the order ships. The first carrier scan can take a few working days to appear.

Customs

International shipments may be subject to duties, taxes, or fees charged by the destination country. Those charges are the customer’s responsibility unless we state otherwise at checkout.
