Return & Refund policy

This Return & Refund policy applies to clothing purchased on the Lengero store at https://lengero.com.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days to apply for a return after receiving the goods.

We will process your return request within 48 hours. The refund will be returned to the bank account through the original payment method within 7 to 15 days after approval.

Return conditions

Items must be unused, unwashed, with tags attached, and in a condition we can resell, together with original packaging where practical. Email admin@lengero.com with your order number, the item, and the reason. Do not ship the parcel back until we confirm the return.

Return address

After we approve the request, we will email the return shipping address. Unless we specify another address, send the return to the registered address of HONGKONG XINSHENG TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED listed below. The customer pays return postage unless the item is damaged or we sent the wrong product.

Damaged or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
